The Euromed Innovation Center's acceleration program for technology startups
Program overview
STARTECH is the acceleration program of the Euromed Innovation Center of UEMF for technology startups across the three target regions (Fès-Meknès, Drâa-Tafilalet, L'Oriental), in partnership with Tamwilcom through the Innov Invest Fund and BlueSpace – Bank of Africa. The 3rd edition, launched in late January 2026 (applications from 26 January to 18 February), selected 7 startups following the selection committee of 24 February 2026. After a bootcamp held in early March 2026 at the EIC Incubator, UEMF, the projects entered a post-bootcamp validation phase (market studies, investment preparation), through to the graduation ceremony scheduled for June 2026.
Objective
Enable project leaders to structure their idea, present it to a jury of experts and join the EIC support ecosystem.
Who is it for?
Open to any idea holder: students (all disciplines), young entrepreneurs, professionals in career transition. No existing startup required. A preliminary idea is enough.

Selection process
A call for applications (26 January – 18 February 2026) followed by a review of the files scored out of 100 points (innovation, technical feasibility, team, business model, scalability). The selection committee of 24 February 2026 retained 7 startups for the bootcamp and post-bootcamp validation phase.
